New PDEA-7 chief vows to go after big-time drug lords

The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency has appointed Yogi Filemon Ruiz as its new director in Central Visayas (PDEA-7).

The Cebu City native assumed his post on Thursday and vowed to go after the big-time drug lords.

“I have the list of their names, and I assure I’ll look for them one after the other,” he said.

“I’m a Cebuano and I won’t do anything to put you to shame. Just give me a chance to prove myself. Wait and see,” he added.
