The Fiesta Concert Night, headlined by TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan, is one of the highlights of Mandaue City’s fiesta celebration for St. Joseph on May 8.
Mayor’s invitation
“I’m inviting everyone, all the Mandauehanons, this is your fiesta, our celebration, part sa atoang fiesta 2026. As what I said during my message, Mandauehaons are second to none. Maong kani nga artists nga atoang gikuha para malipay sad sila,” said Ouano.
(This is part of our fiesta 2026… we have selected these artists to make Mandauehanons happy.)
Ouano reminded attendees to follow event guidelines to ensure a peaceful and orderly gathering.

Concertgoers are advised to secure their personal belongings, wear comfortable footwear, and comply with entry and exit procedures. Only transparent bags will be allowed inside the venue. Bottled drinks, sharp objects, and other prohibited items will not be permitted.
Free shuttle service from sports complex
Ouano said the city initially considered holding the event at Heritage Plaza, but the area was deemed too small for the expected crowd.
Officials then thought of using the vacant lot along Ouano Avenue. But because the area is part of the transit route for the Asean Summit, the city was asked to either transfer the venue or cancel the event.
Authorities eventually decided to move the concert to Subangdaku.
For accessibility and convenience, the city will provide free shuttle services from the Mandaue City Sports Complex to the venue from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Return trips will be available from 10 p.m. until 12 midnight.
