Five vans seized by LTFRB-7

PERSONNEL of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) apprehended five vans in Lipata, Minglanilla town Monday morning.

Regional LTFRB Information officer Emil Membrillas said the two vans were apprehended for parking in an illegal terminal but they each had a franchise.

The third van was operated without a franchise. Two other vans were covered with a franchise but operated as a GT Express service.

Membrillas said one van had a pending franchise application while two other vans were covered with a franchise but used as GT Express vehicles.
