POLICE arrested a 16-year-old boy who was ordered by his father to bring shabu to a buyer in Barangay Gun-ob, Lapu-Lapu City on Wednesday afternoon.
“Si papa maoy nagsugo nako“, he said.
The boy claimed his father asked him to deliver packs of shabu to a buyer who turned out to be a police operative from the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG-7).
A team headed by Supt. Femin Armandarez III placed him under arrest. The boy presented two medium packs and 12 small packs of shabu and paraphernalia.
He is now detained at the regional CIDG-7 detention cell.
