More than 100 police officers of the Cebu Provincial Police Office (CPPO) yesterday received incentives from the Cebu provincial government.

The Capitol released more than P1 million for the incentives of the 110 police officers from the cities of Talisay and Carcar and the town of Dalaguete in Southern Cebu; and the towns of Consolacion, San Francisco in Camotes Islands, Bantayan in northern Cebu; and the town of Aloguinsan in western Cebu and to the CPPO’s Provincial Intelligence Branch.

The incentives, which range from P2,000 to P10,000, were given to the police officers and the PIB for their success in the anti-illegal drug operations in the province.

Cebu Gov. Hilario Davide III together with Cebu Provincial Anti-Drug Abuse Office head Ivy Durano-Mecca and Cebu Provincial Police Office acting Director, Senior Supt. Eric Noble, awarded the incentives to the police officers yesterday at the Capitol social hall.
