Drug suspects shot dead in Danao City

Two suspected drug pushers were shot dead by motorcycle riding assailants in Danao City Monday morning.

The first victim identified as 43-year-old Germenio Hontilla stood outside his house in Barangay Guinacot at 2 am when he was shot down by assailants.

PO2 Ronald Gomez of the Danao City police precinct said Hontilla surrendered to police during their Oplan TokHang and is on their watchlist.

The second victim, 22-year-old Bryan Cuervo, stood along a road in Barangay Poblacion when he was shot down.

Found on the crime scene were spent slugs and a carton board with the words “Pusher ako sigi pa mo (I am a pusher, do more).”
