Minors shot victim at San Nicolas

TWO minors shot a bystander shortly before midnight in barangay Pahina, San Nicolas in Cebu City.

The victim identified as Jerry Relente. 24, sustained wounds on his privates and is now confined at the Cebu City Medical Center (CCMC).

PO3 Nilo Quirante, homicide investigator, said two minors aged 16 years old supposedly shot Relente out of jealousy.

One of them got jealous of Relente when he saw his girlfriend accompanying Relente.
