THE SACRED Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-AdC) boys and girls teams thrashed separate opponents in the opening day of the 7th Saint Ignatius Cup Volleyball tournament yesterday at the Lux Oriens Gym of the SHS-AdC in Canduman, Mandaue.
The girls’ team, champions of the 2016 Cesafi girls volleyball competition, defeated the Abellana National School-A, 25-17, 25-13, in Group B.
The boys’ squad downed the Pit-os National High School (PNHS), 25-22, 22-25, 15-6, victory in the high school boys classification.
