RED BULL Reign will touch down in Cebu on May 13 at the Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu basketball courts to look for the best three-on-three squad to represent the city in the national finals on May 27.
This unique 3×3 basketball tournament will pit hopefuls against one another in a high-endurance, offensive-driven battle that ends with over 15 countries sending their best to compete at the World Finals in Washington DC, USA.
The teams that score the most overall points in each round will advance until one team remains. Players aged 16 years old and above only are allowed to compete in teams of three, with one reserve.
The Cebu qualifier will have 16 teams, with the tournament starting at 12 noon.
Apart from the Cebu qualifier, there will also be two qualifying tournaments that will be held in Manila on May 20 and 26 at the Buendia Food by the Court at 5 p.m. A “Last Chance” qualifier will be staged on the 27th after which the Finals will commence at the Nagtahan Bridge Court near the Pasig River.
