THE FORMER national champions Sacred Heart School-Ateneo de Cebu Magis Eagles kept their immaculate record intact as they thrashed their bitter rivals University of the Visayas (UV) Baby Lancers, 93-82, in the Cebu leg of the Seaoil National Basketball Training Center (NBTC) last Saturday afternoon at the Capitol Parish gym.
Jan Jaboneta manned the shaded lane with force and ended up with 18 points while fellow frontcourt mate, Philippine under-16 team member Arnie Padilla, added 16 markers. Defensive ace Popoy Navarro showcased his offensive skills and finished with 13 markers./Correspondent Jonas Panerio
