Now for pure comfort. Located at the Garden Level of Ayala Center Cebu, SaladStop has the answer for those cravings of filling and guilt-free healthy and delicious meal options.

Its selection is filled with familiar and uncomplicated quick-eat and healthy treats—from the unpretentious classics such as the Greek, a toss of romaine, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber and balsamic soy vinaigrette.

And the Cobb, a mix of roasted chicken, cheddar cheese, grated eggs, avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onions and bacon bits.  SaladStop is just few months since its opening and has now positioned as the city’s new-go-to-place not only for weight watchers, as well as to the health conscious and discerning.

Mindful eating at that. In an intimate gathering with the press, Director and Co-owner Katherine Desbaillets Braha who flew all the way in from Singapore cited the establishment’s support for local farmers as their source of ingredients.

“What we only don’t have here is the spinach, the rest we’re at 90 percent locally sourced ingredients,” she said.   For Desbaillets Braha, there was no question about bringing in Salad Stop to Cebu. In the end, the brand matched the superb quality and flavor expected of their vision in becoming the world’s leading health and wellness, and nutrition company.

“We are all about clean eating though we have a few of the cooked items, we are still focused on the raw for its high nutritional value,” she added.

A personal favorite is the Oh Crab Lah!, with the crab sticks, grated eggs, vermicelli, cherry tomatoes, red onions, croutons and Singapore chili crab. That is if you want that light and certain kick, yet not assaulting to the senses.

Other signature salads are the regular Hail Cesar, tandoori chicken Indian spiced Jai Ho! Or the Inhale Ex-Kale, rich in fiber content that’s kale, Cajun shrimp, carrot ginger.

Gearing in their movement of Eat Wide Awake highlighting the importance of proper diet and right nutrition, it has always been the brand’s support of shifting towards a global healthier lifestyle.

Contrary to the notion wherein good tasting food can only be prepared quick if it’s unhealthy, SaladStop definitely proved it all wrong.

Offering delicious meal option pushing to an end the unhealthy “fastfood culture” aspiring for a health conscious generation.

In its promise of freshness, SaladStop recognizes the importance of health awareness, with its in-house dedicated nutritionist in helping customized the product experience to its customer.

“For most of our line we are non-GMO, we can always control that since we are working closely with our local farmers. We actually discuss with them prior to ordering from them.

As well we discuss on the use of pesticides, as you can see in the labels of our products it is marked organic as the pesticides being used are all organic and natural. Also there’s no MSG,” said Desbaillets Braha.

As Asia’s leading salad chain, the recently opened Ayala branch is its 10th store nationwide and the first outside Manila. Aside from the scrumptious wraps of leafy greens and bowls, they also offer  freshly-made smoothies.

With a choice of 18 signature homemade dressing and over sixty toppings, you can either make it your own, or try the especially crafted signature salads and wraps.
