THE BASAK Jaguars defeated the Our Lady of Consolation Parish Recoletos de Laray (OLCPR-L), 86-71, in the season opener of the 12th Recoletos de Cebu Basketball League (RCBL) at the University of San Jose – Recoletos (USJ-R) main quadrangle last Saturday.
Tonjie Abella headed the Jaguars, composed of security personnel from the USJ-R Basak campus, with 25 points.
Pablo Panadero led OLCPR-L with 31 markers.
