Home is where the family grows together, and a well-deserved home marks a fulfilling life ahead for each member of the family.

Finding your perfect home is not just about fitting in according to your capacity, but discovering more value out of what you have. Living life with your best choice of home is what Paramount Property Ventures, Inc. (PPVI) stands for; they aim to create the best choices of homes for families desiring for a more pleasant living experience without going beyond their means.

“We are known for coming up with something unique in the community not just in the master plan but also in the house designs,” said PPVI Senior Vice President Manny Estrella.

Fonte de Versailles, one of their beachfront view properties in Minglanilla, Cebu has Italian-inspired house designs with an array of family-friendly amenities.

“I’ve been in many subdivisions, but I’m always happy to come back to our subdivision. The subdivision is managed well, meaning it’s very secure and safe, the maintenance is okay, we have a nice clubhouse and swimming pool, and also street lighting,” said Belgian retiree and homeowner Eric Leys.

Living in the property for 3 years with his family, he and his wife, who is the current president of the homeowners’ association, are satisfied with the way paramount took care of their home.

“The majority of all the homeowners are quite happy, and of course, there is no perfect subdivision. But over the years, Paramount has used their best efforts to make the subdivision attractive to homeowners. All in all, we are happy,” added Leys.

Knowledgeable and prepared to serve different markets, Estrella and PPVI Vice President for International Operations Arli Arenas-Vergara has integrated the Paramount customer experience composed of fully-trained in-house staff and a solid sales team that will ensure that the customers are taken care of even after reservation of their home.

“Our responsibility doesn’t end after the customers have paid in full or after we’ve turned over the community to the homeowners’ association,” said Vergara.

“We take care of them from the time they reserve up to the time they pass on their property to their children,” added Estrella.

Paramount’s properties also cater to varied lifestyles with panoramic views of the city, sea and mountains, and additional spaces for socialized housing. Given their unique line of properties, Paramount is set to expand and build well-deserved homes in Dumaguete, Bohol, Cagayan de Oro, Tacloban, Davao, and Manila.

Paramount is also gearing up to meet the demands of vertical living through a cluster of building projects in Cebu City, Talisay City, and Mandaue City.

“Once we strengthen our sales force, we will go out of the Philippines and set up our international marketing to take care of customers abroad,” said Estrella.

PPVI is also set to set to visit Singapore, Dubai, US, and Japan this year.
