A barangay tanod in Barangay Cogon, Cebu City was found lifeless in a gasoline station along Tagunol St. Barangay Cogon, Cebu City past 3 a.m Tuesday.
Rizalino Empenado, a gasoline boy, saw Roper Rapayla, 47, from Barangay Cogon, lying in the vicinity of the gas station.
SPO3 Rommel Bangcog of the Cebu City police homicide section said that there is no foul play in the incident.
Bangcog added that Empenado told them that the victim always sleeps every night in the station.
