ACTRESS Anne Curtis is currently in Batanes to shoot a film.

Viva Entertainment Inc. confirmed in a Facebook post on Thursday that the “It’s Showtime” host is working on the new project.

“BREATHTAKING: Dyosa Anne Curtis is currently shooting a film in Batanes,” the post reads.

Titled “Aurora,” the film is directed by Yam Laranas, known for such films as “The Echo,” “Patient X” and “The Road.”

Even before Viva Entertainment’s official announcement, the 33-year-old actress had already posted about the filming.

Last week, Curtis posted a photo of her on Instagram with Laranas commenting: “I love the hair!”

She responded, “@yamlaranas all ready for #Aurora.”

Curtis also uploaded a photo taken at the lighthouse in Basco, Batanes.

“Batanes, it’s only day 1 but I love you so much already. #ANNEventuresBatanes #AURORA,” she captioned the photo.

Curtis could not help but appreciate the beauty of Batanes. She has been uploading several photos on her Instagram of the picturesque location.

Aside from “Aurora,” Curtis also headlines Irene Villamor’s “Sid & Aya: Not A Love Story” with Dingdong Dantes which will be released on May 30.

She also topbills the upcoming action film, “Buy Bust” directed by Erik Matti.
