Cebu City Police Office is all set for the security measures for Eid al-Fitr Celebration this Friday, June 15.
CCPO director Senior Supt. Joel Doria said policemen will be deployed in mosques in Cebu City on Friday to ensure the safety of the people who will be celebrating the Eid al-Fitr.
Though a number of people are expected to converge at mosques, Doria said they have not received any threats for tomorrow’s celebration.
Police will also hand out fliers which contain safety and information tips in case problems and accidents will arise during the celebration. / STC Intern Candy Baraga
