A 29-year-old man was arrested for cultivating marijuana in Sitio Pajo, Barangay Lawaan 1, Talisay City, Cebu on Monday (July 9).
Police collared Mark James Alngog after a concerned citizen reported the illegal activity involving the suspect.
Four stems of fully-grown marijuana plants were seized from the suspect.
In his defense, Alngog said that he was supposed to use the marijuana plants for his asthma medication.
