A man tagged as sixth most wanted person in Ronda town, Cebu with pending rape charges was arrested on July 11, Wednesday noon.
Police operatives served a warrant of arrest to Wenceslao Bulado, 55, at his residence in Barangay Pardo Cebu City.
The warrant of arrest was issued by Judge Leopoldo Cañete of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 60 in Cebu City.
Senior Insp. Jude Cebrero, Ronda Police Chief said that Bulado was a pastor from Ronda town who went into hiding after rape charges were filed against him.
Suspect is now detained at Ronda Police precinct.
No bail was recommended, added Cebrero.
