There will be knockouts in tonight’s IDOL Boxing 4 Series, according to ALA Promotions International matchmaker Edito Villamor.

The fight card which will be held at the Minglanilla sports complex, in the southern town of Cebu, will feature two young and exciting ex-world title challengers in Melvin “Gringo” Jerusalem and Toto “Muscovado” Landero in the main event for 10 rounds in the minimumweight division.

“There will be someone who’s going to get knocked out, that’s for sure, and all the three main bouts are very exciting, especially the main event considering that both boxers, Jerusalem and Landero are world title challengers,” said Villamor.

Yesterday, both Jerusalem and Landero passed the mandatory weigh-in held at the Starmall in Talisay City, south Cebu.

The 24-year-old Jerusalem, of Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, tipped the weighing scales at 105.5-lbs while the 23-year-old Landero weighed in at 106-lbs.
