Police Chief Supt. Debold Sinas was asked to explain by their higher-ups in Camp Crame regarding a statement he issued to Rappler that active policemen were involved in extrajudicial killings in Central Visayas.
He said he already explained to Director General Oscar Albayalde that hew as just misquoted.
Sinas said he didn’t say that policemen were involved in the killings.
“What I said is that if policemen were involved in the killings, then we will investigate it,” he said.
