With a theme “Where Excellence Happens”, SYKES Cebu dedicated one day to treat and pamper its employees during the Customer Service Week Culmination held at the SYKES Grand Hall last October. Acknowledging that its people are its greatest resource, the SYKES Customer Service Week was conducted not only to honor the men and women of SYKES who embody the company’s mission, vision and core values, but it also serves as a thanksgiving to show its appreciation to every employee.
SYKES, the leading BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) company gathered about 1,000 employees from different locations in Cebu (RGC, Ebloc and Synergis). The employees enjoyed spa treatment, games that challenge wits, strategy, talents and skills from the reverse charades, wooden spoon games up to the karaoke challenge and lip sync battle, and more. Furthermore, it is also a day that everyone gets to express their appreciation for one another and encourage to continue doing their best in delivering world-class service.
