The PBA held its 2019 edition of the annual All-Star game on Sunday, March 31, 2019, at the Calasiao Sports Complex in Pangasinan.
The North All-Star team won the high-scoring, record-setting game, 185-170, over the South team.

The victory of the North All Stars over their South counterparts was a three-way record: Highest winning score, highest losing score and highest combined scores.
