PRO-7 has persons of interest in coffee shop shooting

Cebu City, Philippines—Brigadier General Debold Sinas, director of the Police Regional Office in Central Visayas (PRO-7), confirmed on Tuesday morning, April 30, 2019, that they now have persons of interest in the killing of John Michael Hermoso and Kis Ramos inside a coffee shop in Barangay Cogon Ramos here.

Sinas, however, did not give any details on the identities of the persons of interest but said they could be also the prime suspects in the crime. He also confirmed that Hermoso was the target of the shooting. 

The persons of interest are still at large but the police are conducting follow up operations for their arrest. Once caught, the police will be filing charges against them.

Hermoso and Ramos were killed while Jerome Amada and Sherwin Rivera were injured in thje shooting incident last April 11, 2019 inside a coffee shop along F. Ramos Street in Barangay Cogon Ramos. /bmjo
