CEBU CITY, Philippines — Supports and candidates would have to wait longer for the proclamation of winners in Cebu City’s South District as results from Barangay Labangon has not been fully transmitted.
Without these results, the proclamation will be further delayed.
Inside the canvassing hall of Cebu City Hall, election watchers wait in anticipation for the results to be fully transmitted. People are clearly exhausted with irregular sleep and little rest.
As of 10:25 p.m., there are only 120 ballots left to be read.
