A policeman who was previously arrested for robbery found himself in trouble again after he was caught possessing several bullets and drug-sniffing paraphernalia in a saturation drive in barangay Punta Princesa, Cebu City last Friday night.
Six bullets of a .45 caliber pistol and four bullets of a .38 revolver were recovered from the possession of PO2 Ronilo Manuel, police said.
Also arrested in the saturation drive was Kenner Rodriguez, 21, who was caught with a .357 revolver and drug paraphernalia in his possession.
Police said Manuel has been on AWOL (absent without leave) since he was charged for allegedly robbing a 22-year-old woman on R. Landon Street in Cebu City last February.
Manuel, who is out on bail, denied the charges against him.
Manuel and Rodriguez are detained at the Punta Princesa Police Station pending the filing of charges against him.
