CEBU CITY, Philippines— They say the most genuine words usually come from children.
Why? Because children speak from the heart, making them the most real people on earth.
Can you imagine if these words were put together to make a song?
This kid from Dumanjug, Cebu showed that with the help of his family, he can inspire others at his young age through music.
Gavin Trey Gerona, six years old, is now offering his original song online called “Twenty-twenty’ to spread good vibes and strength to the people amid this pandemic.

His father, Gamaliel, told CDN Digital because of the pandemic, his son, Trey, was inspired to make a song about how he feels during this whole time being in quarantine.
“We just want to share his talent and love for music at a young age. He started making the music last July and we helped him out with the lyrics that were also inspired by Trey,” Galiel said.
If you listen to the song, the words are simple yet striking, words that we know Trey understands himself.
The simple joys of a young boy like going to school, playing with his classmates, and even recess, Trey included in the song.
Galiel said that in their family only Trey plays the instrument and for him, that is something worth sharing too many.
As you listen to his song, feel free to sing along. /dbs
