True to its commitment of supporting the communities it belongs to, Mandani Bay developer HTLand has distributed a total of PhP 6.5 million worth of financial assistance, relief goods, gift packs, care kits, and food items through different Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in its communities this year.
During the peak of the crisis, HTLand has helped in every way to support the City Government of Mandaue by extending financial assistance to aid in their COVID-19 relief and preventive efforts. Donations in kind were also distributed to different institutions to help combat and contain the crisis.
In its annual tradition of giving Christmas presents to its communities, Mandani Bay turned over food packs and care kits to barangay local government officials of Brgy. Centro, Mandaue City. Cash assistance was also directed to the city government for the victims of the recent fire in Brgy. Looc.

In partnership with VICSAL Foundation, Mandani Bay also extended food packs, blankets, and clothes to the victims of Typhoon Ulysses in Marikina City.
Extending its sustainability efforts to the grassroots level, Mandani Bay planted approximately 36,000 mangrove propagules in Bolinawan, Carcar City, Cebu. The several mangrove planting sessions were in partnership with the Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) Argao, Local Government Unit of Barangay Bolinawan, and People’s Organization (PO).
