CEBU CITY, Philippines —  In the new normal set-up, a lot of us have leaned toward opening a small business in the local scene.

Businesses that have sparked interest among many people in Cebu and businesses that have kept families around Cebu afloat.

Ryan Sedon from Argao turned to music once again to raise awareness and support for local and small businesses in Cebu through his self-composed song, “Bangon.”

“It’s a song about encouraging everyone to unite and help each other up under the new normal setup,” he said.

In a line the song goes, “ Padayon pangumusta bisan karon kay sa online na. Paliti ang higala sa iyang tinda support sa local ta ang mga problema mo gaan kung mag tinabangay ta.”

Sedon who once went viral April 2020 with his own song composition “Pag Puyo” encouraging everyone to stay at home during the high time of the COVID-19.

Now, Sedon is making this song his voice to let others know that they can use the mobile app called “Tindaph” to support local sellers in Cebu.

“Currently we have 100 plus local sellers na and growing. One of our goals is to help more sellers widen their reach of potential customers,” he added.

Sedon sure did hit two birds with one stone in this music, one is that it has given us something good to listen to and encouraged us to help our fellow Cebuanos.
