CEBU CITY, Philippines — SanMan Boxing Promotions will feature 10 equally-exciting matches on their March 17, 2021 fight card held in General Santos City.

No less than ex-world title challenger Froilan “The Sniper” Saludar will be featured in the slugfest and highly-rated John Vincent Moralde.

Saludar will fight Mark Rey Taday for eight rounds in the bantamweight division. Moralde, meanwhile, faces Kim Lindog for six rounds in the super lightweight division.

The 31-year old Saludar, the younger brother of the reigning WBA world minimumweight champion Vic Saludar, is eyeing a comeback win after losing to Japanese Ryoji Fukunaga on February 14, 2020, via technical knockout in Korakuen Hall in Tokyo, Japan. Saludar still sports an impressive record of 31 wins, 4 defeats, 1 draw with 22 knockouts.

His opponent, Taday of Cotabato City, has a 10-13-1 (win-loss-draw) record with 5 knockouts.

Meanwhile, the 26-year-old Moralde (23-4-0,13KOs) is also gunning for redemption after he lost to Mexican Jose Enrique Durantes Vivas via TKO in October 2020 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada. Moralde will be facing Lindog (5-9-1,4KOs), who has yet to taste victory after losing six straight fights.

The 10-bout fight card will be divided into two parts. Moralde and Saludar’s bouts will be held at 9:00 AM, while the second part is 2:00 PM.

Completing the morning fight card is the clash between RV Deniega vs Jovanie Tagusi, Rimar Metuda vs Eden Sonsona, and Ian Sampan vs Yoben Limentillo.

On the other hand, the afternoon fight card will have Adam Diu Abdulhamid vs Romeo Jakosalem, Jake Bornea vs Nicardo Calamba, Carjun Carcosia vs Johnriel Vijano, Harminito Dela Torre vs Renan Portes, and Jerry Francisco vs Jerry Tabago.
