In each APR is a service and support counter  to offer repair services to all customers regardless of where they originally purchased their Apple product including the iPhone.  iStore Ayala features an in-store drop off/pick up center for customers needing repairs on their Apple devices.  Apple Certified Technicians who complete regular Apple training and assessment are on staff  so customers can be confident that they’re getting help from qualified, experienced professionals.   iStore also offers a whole range of services such as MRI diagnostics for Macs, iOS diagnostics, professional packaging of items, data transfer and recovery, product upgrades and support, and onsite deployment and installation. 

With the new training room, iStore will be able to offer customers greater ways to get the most of of their iOS or Mac devices and accessories through scheduled demos and special workshops. One-on-one training programs will be offered for iOS, OS X, iLife, and iWork by appointment.   Customers can expect personalized instruction and hands-on experience about everything Apple from getting started with a Mac to making HD home movies.
