Bea Alonzo shares COVID-19 story, encourages followers to get boosted

CEBU, Philippines — Bea Alonzo is encouraging her followers to get their booster shots against COVID-19.

This after Alonzo shared that she was infected with COVID-19 last month, January 2022.

Alonzo in an Instagram post on February 8, 2022, shared her COVID-19 story.

She said that she got most of the virus’ symptoms.

She shared that being infected with the virus while also struggling with her muscle spasms really gave her a hard time working.

Alonzo said at that time, she was preparing for a her dream shoot for a brand endorsement.

In a lengthy post, the actress told followers about importance of getting the vaccine, and the booster shots for the virus for those who are fully vaccinated.

Alonzo already got her booster shots on Monday, February 7, 2022.

“Got boosted last night! 💉 (Feb. 7)

The start of this year was challenging. I caught covid early January (just like most people because of the covid surge), And at that time, I was also struggling with the worst muscle spasm, all while getting ready for my dream shoot. A brand endorsement I never thought would happen. (ticked off that box )

It was a challenging moment, I got most of the symptoms, and I was having a hard time breathing, but I survived! 🙏🏻

Posting this to encourage you to get the booster if you haven’t already. Let’s help end this pandemic.🙏🏻,” she captioned her post.
