Christmas celebration this year will surely be one for the books as many are bright-eyed and bushy-tailed to welcome the holidays.
bai Hotel Cebu is just one of the few that is thrilled to greet the festivity of the season, and it showed during the hotel’s Christmas tree lighting ceremony on Wednesday evening, Nov. 23, 2022.

General Manager Alfred Reyes, hotel executives, guests, and some staff led the celebration. It is truly a night of thanksgiving and remembering as the hotel’s towering Christmas tree, adorned with many golden stars and decorations of different shapes and sizes, has been lit to welcome the festivity of the season officially.

With the theme “A Night of a Thousand Stars,” this year’s lighting ceremony also marked bai Hotel’s fifth anniversary of operations.
In his welcoming address, Reyes mentioned that bai Hotel celebrated five years of hotel operations on the same day.
“Words cannot express how thankful and honored I am to see all of you tonight joining us for the celebration of thanksgiving and attribute the holiday season. For the information of everyone, it is also on this day we are celebrating the fifth anniversary of hotel operations. Five years of wonderful memories, five years of being with you,” he added.

Moreover, Reyes thanked the people instrumental to the hotel’s journey towards excellence despite all the challenges and difficulties caused by adverse circumstances.
“On behalf of the employees of bai Hotel Cebu, thank you for not letting us go during the pandemic. You have become our source of strength, and you have always been so supportive at times when we are low. You are instrumental to our journey towards the path of excellence. We will continue to be resilient, hardworking, and persevere as we bridge together the limitless possibilities of the years to come. We have chosen to light our Christmas tree this year,” Reyes expressed.

The event was topped off with a turnover of funds to Kythe Foundation, bai Hotel’s partner in uplifting the lives of unprivileged Children, and performances by talented Cebuano singers and musicians.
