LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu—Job Order (JO) and contract of service (COS) employees in the town of Cordova in Cebu are set to receive a gift from Cordova Mayor Cesar “Didoy” Suan.
Suan announced that JO and COS employees will receive gratuity within this month.
“Ato nang hatagan ug allocation ang tanang JO ug COS aron happy ang atong tanan nga Pasko,” Suan said.
Suan said that this is the first time that the town has given gratuity incentive to JO and COS employees.
Councilor Lemuel Pogoy told CDN Digital that each of the JO and COS employees will receive gratuity of P2,000.
He added that they are targeting to distribute the said amount on December 22, 2022.
Cordova has more or less 320 JOs and COS employees.
