The 24-year-old, who is based in Cebu under ZIP Sanman will square off with

Both Domingo and Cataraja are stablemates under the ZIP Sanman Boxing Team.

Domingo, a certified road warrior stamped class in the Japan boxing scene by scoring knockout victories against top-tier Japanese prospects.

He debuted in Japan in October 2022 and stunned the Japanese crowd with a sixth-round technical knockout (TKO) win over Jukiya Iimura in their eight-rounder non-title bout held in Tokyo.

Two months later, he scored a fourth-round knockout win against Kosuke Tomioka at the same venue.

The back-to-back wins improved Domingo’s record to 18 wins with 10 knockouts and two defeats.

The November 11 fight will give the Lebak, Sultan Kudarat native another chance to showcase his ring potential.

Meanwhile, Iwasaki, 28, of Osaka Japan has a record of 8-5-3 (win-loss-draw) with three knockouts.

Domingo will be Iwasaki’s first Filipino opponent. Unlike Domingo who is on a winning streak, Iwasaki is eyeing to plug his back-to-back losing slump.

Iwasaki lost to fellow Japanese boxers Kyotaro Yoshida and Yasuhiro Kanzaki earlier this year.     /rcg
