LAPU-LAPU CITY, Philippines — The Department of Social Welfare and Development in Central Visayas (DSWD-7) is currently implementing over-the-counter (OTC) payout to Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries that have not yet received their cash card from the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP).
In their previous advisory, LBP said that they are experiencing delays in producing the cash card, due to the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine. One of the components of the cash card’s chip was imported from Ukraine.
