Fire hits residential area in Mandaue

A few hours after a fire hit Basak Pardo in Cebu City, another fire hit a residential area in Mandaue City.

At least 35 houses were razed while 3 houses were partially burned according to Fire investigator SFO1 Cipriano Codilla.

The Mandaue City Fire Station received the alarm in Zone Talong, barangay Paknaan at 3 p.m. and firefighters put out the fire at 3:55 p.m., CFO3 Roy Garcia said.

At least 50 houses were affected.
