Roncal, who stands a 5-foot-7-inches tall, started playing volleyball at the age of 12. The reason? “To make my 12-year-old self proud,” she said.
Roncal wants to become a professional volleyball player so she can provide comfortable living for her family. She also has a brother who plays basketball and used to suit up for SWU-Phinma. His name is Dyll Roncal, who was part of the 2019 Cesafi men’s basketball tournament champions Cobras.
