Step 6: Place a thumbmark
Place a thumbmark on the corresponding space at the ballot coupon.
Step 7: Ink it
Have your right forefinger nail stained with indelible ink.
Step 8: Observe EB
Observe as the EB removes the ballot coupon. The EB will deposit the ballot and the detached coupon in the corresponding compartments of the ballot box.
After the completion of the voting process, the collected ballots will be safely secured by the EB and counted at the end of the polling hours.
The voting process is a significant aspect of democracy, which allows citizens to elect the leaders that they have deemed fit to lead their Barangay and SK communities.
It is, therefore, crucial for voters to follow the guidelines of the Comelec to ensure a smooth and successful voting experience.
