THE Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB-7) will resolve the complaint of overcharging and threats filed by call center agent Dave Say Horca against taxi driver Joel Ramos over a disagreement on the reduced P30 flag down.
Edwin Antepuesto, LTFRB-7 legal officer said they will rule on the case soon. He noted that Horca and his witness have not yet submitted a signed affidavit to their office.
Last week, Horca brought a female witness to the LTFRB-7 office to testify regarding the March 9 incident in I.T Park in Cebu City. A brownout hit the office and they left before a statement could be printed out and signed.
According to Horca and his wife, the taxi driver got angry when they asked for the correct change, a P10 reduction in the flagdown that took effect that day. The couple said the driver threw the coins, pointed a knife and yelled at them.
Ramos denied the allegations.
Cebu Daily News tried to reach Horca on his mobile phone for comment yesterday but he dropped the calls.
