CEBU CITY, Philippines— Basketball fans in Carmen will be treated to three days of top-notch grassroots-level hardcourt action as the Batang Pilipino Basketball League (BPBL) Season 2 Central Visayas finals unfold on Friday, February 2, at the Carmen Sports and Activity Center.
