Archival is richest city official

Cebu City Councilor Nestor Archival is still the richest elected official of Cebu City based on the Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN) he submitted yesterday.

Archival, an engineer and environmentalist, declared a total net worth of P20.9 million or about P3 million more than his net worth last year.

Archival is the finance manager of his own company NA Systems Inc. which  provides electrical services  and is also connected with NGA Development Corp. based in Lapu-Lapu City.

Ranked after Archival is Cebu City Vice Mayor Edgardo Labella whose net worth increased from P11.380 million last year to P12 million this year.

Mayor Michael Rama’s net worth  decreased from P4.6 million to P4.4 million this year.

This year, Councilor Dave Tumulak is the only councilor whose net worth did not reach the one-million peso mark.

He declared a total net worth of P300,000 or P252,000 less than last year’s  declared net worth.

Councilor Alvin Dizon’s net worth  doubled this year from P875,000 last year to P1.7 million this year.
