The new provincial director, a member of the PNPA Class of 2000, also shared that her success as a police officer was because of her daughters and late mother’s guidance.

Meanwhile, the outgoing provincial director relayed that his years in office were the most challenging yet fulfilling.

Lingbawan said that the province of Siquijor remained peaceful and a favorite tourist spot in Central Visayas during his time. He also extended his gratitude to PRO-7 for the trust and given that they had given him as the previous provincial director.

Aberin, for his part, shared congratulatory remarks to both the incoming and outgoing provincial directors of SPPO. Moreover, he acknowledged Lingbawan’s relentless efforts to be of service to the province and its people.

“As we continue our collective pursuit for peace and progress, let us stand united in giving the best public service and building a safer and more prosperous future for Siquijor and the rest of Central Visayas. Continue to uphold the values of being an Able, Active and Allied police force by always observing the basics and serving the community with a smile,” added Aberin.
