AROUND a hundred woodpushers strut their wares in today’s 6th Cebu Rapid Chess Club chess tournament at the Elizabeth Mall.
The two-day tournament uses a seven-round Swiss system format with a 20-minute playing time and a five-second increment.
The monthly tournament is organized by Dr. Veronica Abangan and FIDE Arbiter Felix Poloyapoy and sponsored by Elizabeth
Gan-Go and Santo Niño Review Center For Teachers.
