Mandaue City Mayor Jonas Cortes will deliver his last State of the City Address (SOCA) at 3 p.m. today at the Mandaue City Sports Complex.
He will review the achievements of his more than eight years as chief executive.
Members of the business community, civic groups, barangay officials and other stakeholders were invited for the event.
In his SOCA last year, Cortes said Mandaue City’s vision was to be the primary source of high-quality products and “an island of good governance.”
