Engineer loses P50,000 to thieves

A 47-YEAR-OLD engineer lost P50,000 cash inside a mall in Mandaue City.

Arnel Osorno told police he was at the counter of Mister Donut at Parkmall when thieves struck.

Based on the footage of store’s security camera, a man and his teenage companion took the man’s bag which he left on a  chair while he was at the counter.

Osorno said he was supposed to deposit the money in a bank.
