Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama said he would give his full support to the Cebu provincial government in reviving plans to develop the 2.8-hectare Ciudad commercial project in barangay Banilad, Cebu City.
He said City Hall woul help with the paper work for the developer, Fifth Avenue Development Corp., in the issuance of locational permits and other documents.
“This bring employment and improve the landscape of Cebu City. I will never be a spoiler,” Rama told reporters.
Gov. Hilario Davide III is asking the Provincial Board to authorize him sign an amended Build Transfer Operate agreement with the developer, which will work with a new partner, Filinvest Land Inc.
