A man who was on his way to attend a birthday party landed in the hospital after he was shot three times on Balagtas St., barangay Pahina Central, Cebu City Saturday dawn.
Rosalito Bebira, 26, a native of Bohol, sustained gunshot wounds in his stomach, left thigh and right buttocks after suspect Luigi Lucero attacked him for no apparent reason.
SPO3 Felomino Mendaros, homicide investigator, said the victim was on his way to his relative Frank Lopez who was celebrating his birthday when he approached Lucero to ask for directions.
Lucero got mad and shot Bebira.
