Winners of 8th Sinulog fireworks competition at SM City
First place – JP Fireworks of Lapu-Lapu City
Second place – Pegasus Fireworks of Pulilan, Bulacan
Third place – DSS Fireworks of Dumaguete city
Other contenders:
Pyrohaven Fireworks of Bocaue, Bulacan
Flash Fireworks of Valenzuela City; and
JTA Fireworks of Cagayan de Oro.
First launched in 2009, the competition is organized by Cebu-based Pyroworks and SM City Cebu.
Pyroworks also released a sneak peak for its Pyromusical spectacle later tonight also at SM City Cebu.
Viewers can expect theme music from Star Wars and ‘Aldub’ songs.
It will also be the longest show done by the company, lasting 10 minutes.
“Our event grows year on year. We have more people watching every year,” said Bryan Lim of Pyroworks.
