THE UNIVERSITY of Cebu-Cebu Blue Marlins Swimming Club (UC-CBM) hauled in four gold medals in the National Age Group Triathlon (NAGT) Cebu Leg Aquathlon competition last Sunday in Danao City, northern Cebu.
UC’s Jobert Indaya topped the male 13-15 category which featured a 400m swim and 2k run. Zurielle Kenzie Galo of UC Lapu-Lapu City and Mandaue Campus (UC-LM) earned a gold in the female 7-8 category.
In the distaff side of the 13-15 division, UC’s Micah Marie Dela Serna bagged a gold while UC’s Karen Mae Indaya also dominated in the 16-19 division, which had a 600-meter swim and three-kilometer run.
UC-CBM also had six silvers and five bronze medals.
