Woman molested

A 33-year-old technician was caught molesting a 24-year-old hearing-impaired female in a secluded area last Holy Thursday.

Police caught Arnel Abella in Barangay Tolo-Tolo, Consolacion town, in northern Cebu with the crying victim already naked in the area.

A concerned citizen heard a woman crying and called police.

Abella, who didn’t know the victim had problems with her hearing, said that the woman allegedly offered herself for P200.

Abella is detained at the police station pending the filing of abuse and rape charges against him.
